Real estate development

This is related to the purchase, sale, rental and similar of real estate and is carried out by independent professionals working for real estate mediation companies.

A real estate agent develops the actions and services necessary for the fulfillment of real estate mediation contracts.

The real estate agent, in the exercise of his activity of real estate agent, develops the respective actions:

- Prospecting and collection of information aimed at finding the property desired by his client;

- Promotion of the property that the owner wants to sell or rent, namely through its disclosure and advertising.

The activity of real estate mediation is exercised for an indefinite period of time through a contract for the provision of services between the agent and a company established in national territory duly licensed by IMPIC.
