USEFUL AREA

It consists of the sum of the areas of all the rooms in the dwelling, including hallways, interior circulations, toilets, storage, other rooms of similar function, and closets in the walls, and is measured by the interior perimeter of the walls that limit the dwelling, discounting encumbrances up to 30 cm, interior walls, partitions, and ducts.
